William Torrens McCullagh Torrens (13 October 1813 - 26 April 1894) was an Irish-born barrister and Liberal Party politician.
Born in Dublin, he was educated at Trinity College Dublin and was member of parliament for Dundalk from 1848-1852. He was called to the bar at Lincoln's Inn in 1855. From 1865-1885 he was MP for the London constituency of Finsbury.
When the first London School Board was created in 1870 he was elected as one of the representatives of Finsbury: he resigned from the board in 1872.
