Sir William James Waldron (2 January 1876-15 October 1957), was a businessman, racehorse owner and local politician active in the Fulham area.

Born in Chelsea, he was the youngest son of William Waldron. Active in the Conservative Party, he was elected to Fulham Borough Council in 1906. He was six times the Mayor of Fulham, and was made an honorary freeman of the borough in 1927.

He held the honorary rank of colonel of the 1st Anti-Aircraft Divisional Royal Army Service Corps, a Territorial unit.

Sheriff of the City of London 1935-36, knighted at end of shrieval year.[1] He was Master of the Glaziers Company in 1947.
