William Henry Fox was a chartered accountant and local politician.
A resident of Addison Road North in Kensington, he was a chartered accountant from 1880-1910, as part of the partnership of Fox & Kennedy, practising in the City of London and Westminster. He was made a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1898 and a member of the Council of the Institute by 1904.[1] Following a series of speculative investments he was declared bankrupt in November 1910.[2]
He served a single three-year term as a Moderate Party Member of the London County Council representing Kensington North from 1895-98.
