William (Will) Crooks (6 April 1852 – 5 June 1921).

Labour Progressive Party member of the London County Council 1892-1910 representing Tower Hamlets, Poplar.

Elected to parliament as a Labour Party MP for Woolwich at a by-election in 1903. He briefly lost the seat in January 1910 but regained it in December of that year. At the 1918 general election he was elected as MP for the new constituency of Woolwich East, retiring due to ill health in February 1921. He died four months later.
