Walter Richard Warren (c.1867 - 21 February 1931) was a barrister and local politician.
The son of a confectioner, he was born in Highgate. Educated at Bethany School, Kent and the University of London, he was called to the bar at the Inner Temple in 1893.
He had stood unsuccessfully at Paddington North in the 1901 London County Council election.
Sat as a Progressive Party member of the London County Council representing Battersea and Clapham, Battersea 1910-19.
At the 1919 county council election he stood at the new electoral division of Battersea South, but was not elected.
He was the Liberal Party candidate at the Shoreditch, Haggerston by-election in July 1908, but failed to hold the seat for the party. He also stood unsuccessfully at Wandsworth at the general election of January 1910.
