Colnbrook railway station[]

What do you like about it? Jackiespeel (talk) 21:49, July 15, 2015 (UTC)

It encapsulates the point of the station life story.Oniontree1 (talk) 21:58, July 15, 2015 (UTC)

If you wish to develop the articles on other stations feel free - Category:Stations and Category:Closed stations. Jackiespeel (talk) 09:33, July 16, 2015 (UTC)

OK.Oniontree1 (talk) 15:25, July 16, 2015 (UTC)

And on Wikia/New Wikis a search of 'London' shows a number of London Transport related wikis (as does 'Buses') several of which are probably adoptable, if you would be so interested as well. Jackiespeel (talk) 15:33, July 16, 2015 (UTC)

There seems to be a glitch in loading some of the videos (at least for the library computer I am presently using). Jackiespeel (talk) 15:24, July 17, 2015 (UTC)

I had a problem trying to upload some last night.Oniontree1 (talk) 15:27, July 17, 2015 (UTC)

'Library computers' do tend to be 'slightly behind the current standards' (and their blocking policies tend to be slightly illogical at times). Jackiespeel (talk) 21:49, July 19, 2015 (UTC)

Circle Line[]

The article is an old version - and can you spot where the 'cite error' arises please? Jackiespeel (talk) 21:47, July 31, 2015 (UTC)

Photos generally[]

You've imported some good pictures! You may have noticed that I've incorporated one of your latest in a few articles. The pictures are more obvious to the general reader when added to suitable articles, not just categories (which many readers seldom see). See Help:Photos for tips. -- Robin Patterson (Talk) 03:25, August 15, 2015 (UTC)

I see another one - nice red train. Now an update, in case you hadn't noticed - we no longer have to upload photos from Commons: because we have InstantCommons enabled. Just specify the file name as if it was a file on this wiki. Example:

A sub-surface Metropolitan line A Stock train (left) passes a deep-tube Piccadilly line 1973 Stock train (right) in the siding at Rayners Lane.

or more simply:

London Underground subsurface and tube trains.jpg

Enjoy! (And add them to articles.) -- Robin Patterson (Talk) 00:43, August 31, 2015 (UTC)

Dates question[]

'Doing a rough straw poll' - what would your preference be with my dates discussion on London Wiki talk:Conventions in this wiki? Jackiespeel (talk) 10:06, September 13, 2015 (UTC)
