University College School (UCS) is an independent school situated in Hampstead. It was founded in 1830 by University College London, and was located in Gower Street in central London until 1907.
The school consists of three separate institutions which cater for children from the age of 3-18:
- The Phoenix School: (ages 3-7)
- UCS Junior Branch: (ages 7-11)
- UCS Senior School: (ages 11-18)
The Phoenix school and sixth form are co-educational while the remainder of the school is for boys only.
