The chief areas of change for the boroughs are going to be the 'politics/Borough Council' section (and the Mayors) - the rest is likely to need only occasional updating.
There are a number of 'X (London) Borough Council' pages already - so it would be practical to create the remainder, and update following elections (and filling of occasional vacancies). Sections might well include 'Electoral Wards', 'Summary of of the Council history 1965-present', 'Current composition', 'Notable Councillors' (articles on LW mainly for those with significant London links 'and those already present' and links to Wikipedia pages/other sources in other cases), and lists of Council Leaders (unless separated off) - in whatever order seems appropriate.
