St Johns is a small residential area in the south of Deptford in south east London, approximately equidistant from the centres of Greenwich, Lewisham and Deptford. It lies within the London Borough of Lewisham and borders the Royal Borough of Greenwich.The border between the London Boroughs of Lewisham and Greenwich skirts the north-eastern edge of the area.
