(Alexander) Serge Lourie (born 22 February 1946) is a retired accountant and politician.
He was a Labour Party member of Westminster City Council representing Westbourne Ward from 1971-74[1] and of the Greater London Council from 1973-77 representing Havering, Hornchurch. He was subsequently a member of the Liberal Democrats and sat as a councillor in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for Kew from 1982-2010. He was twice leader of the council.[2]
