Hon. Robert Charles Phillimore (19 August 1871 - 12 September 1919) was a barrister and local politician.

The eldest son of Sir Walter George Francis Phillimore, 1st Baron Phillimore and Agnes Lushington.

He was educated at Westminster School and Christchurch, Oxford. He was Liberal Party candidate at Ripon, Yorkshire in 1892, and St Albans, Hertfordshire in 1912 but failed to be elected on either occasion.

He was a Progressive Party member of the London County Council representing Deptford 1898-1910 and 1913-19.

On the outbreak of the First World War in 1914 he went to work in a hospital for British soldiers in France. He suffered a heart disorder and for the last four years of his life was an invalid. He died at his home in Radlett, Hertfordshire, aged 48, and he was buried in Aldenham.

As he died before his father the title of 2nd Baron Phillimore was inherited by his younger brother, Walter Gordon Phillimore.
