Patrick Herbert White (4 November 1856 - 5 December 1934) was a barrister and local politician.
The son of a Church of England clergyman from Kensington, White was educated at Liverpool College and Peterhouse, Cambridge, graduating with a bachelor of laws degree in 1879. He entered the Inner Temple and was called to the bar in 1882. A member of the "low church" wing of the Church of England, White was the parliamentary agent and organising secretary of the Church Association.
Active in Conservative politics, he stood for election to the London County Council as a Moderate candidate at Peckham in 1892 without success.
In July 1893 he was co-opted onto the London School Board, to fill a casual vacancy at Lambeth East. At the next school board elections in 1894 he was elected as a representative of the City of London. Three years later he lost his seat.
He subsequently moved to Hook Heath, Woking in Surrey. He was subsequently a member of Surrey County Council, and chairman of Woking Urban District Council.
