Olive Gertrude Deer (née Stoakes) (31 July 1897 – 20 April 1983) was a Labour Party politician.
Born in Grimsby, Lincolnshire, she married George Deer, trade unionist and later Member of Parliament. She was a member of Lincoln City Council from 1945–49.
In 1952 she became a member of the London County Council as an alderman. In 1958 she was elected as a councillor for Shoreditch, holding the seat until the council's abolition in 1965. She was chairman of the county council for 1962-63.
She returned to her native Lincolnshire, and was a member of Grimsby County Borough Council from 1964-67.
