John James "Jack" Keen (18 December 1903 - 15 May 1994) was a Labour Party politician and leading member of the Roman Catholic religion in the Southwark area.
In 1929 he married Sophie M Gambazzi. He was a Knight of St Gregory and a founding member of the London Labour Party. He was a member of Southwark Borough Council, serving as Mayor of Southwark for 1953-54.
From 1946 he was a member of the London County Council representing Southwark Central until 1949. Following boundary changes he represented the new division of Southwark from 1949 until the county council's abolition in 1965. He was Vice Chairman of the London County Council for 1960 – 1961.
He died at St Thomas' Hospital aged 90, and was buried following requiem mass at St George's Cathedral, Southwark.
