Reverend John Fletcher Porter (1846 - 13 February 1913) was a Primitive Methodist minister.

Born in a County Durham mining village, in 1866 he was ordained as a minister. From 1870-76 he was in Ontario, Canada. He returned to England, becoming minister of a chapel in Bethnal Green.

Member of the London School Board, elected for Tower Hamlets 1885-88, co-opted 24 April 1890.

He retired, dying in Worthing, Sussex.
