(Irwin) Edward Bainbridge Cox, JP, DL, who used the pen-name I.E.B.C. (9 July 1838 – 27 August 1922) was a barrister, magazine proprietor and politician.

He was a member of the Middlesex County Council from 1889-1907. He was councillor representing Pinner until 1901 and an alderman thereafter. He was High Sheriff of Middlesex for 1898.

He served as a Conservative Party Member of Parliament for Harrow from 1899-1906.
