Sir Howell Jones Williams (1859 - 13 August 1939) was a building contractor and politician.
He served two terms as a Progressive Party member of the London County Council: representing Southwark, Rotherhithe from 1894-95 and Islington South from 1898-1925, and was Deputy Chairman of the county council for 1921-22.
He was head of the firm of Howell J. Williams, building contractors of Islington.
Although born in London, he maintained connections to his native Wales, and was High Sheriff of Merionethshire for 1917-18. Linked to the London Welsh Centre
