Herbert George Potter (1869-1951) was a chartered surveyor, estate agent and local politician.
Born in Hampstead, he was estate advisor to the Hampstead Garden Suburb. He was the son of an estate agent, and took over the business based in High Street, Hampstead. He moved to the neighbouring district of Hendon, where he became a member of the borough council, and served as Mayor of Hendon for 1938-39.[1]
