Henry Burt (c.1845-14 May 1940) was a company director and local politician in Middlesex.

Born in the City Road area, he became Chairman of Wyman and Sons, printers. He remaind a life governing director until his retirement in 1938, aged ninety-three.

In 1896 he was elected to Middlesex County Council to represent Highgate. He took a great interest in Alexandra Palace and in 1901 the palace and park were opened to the public. A plaque marking his services was unveiled in 1921.

In 1904 he was elevated to be an alderman of the county council, holding the office until his retirement from public life in 1919. He was High Sheriff of Middlesex for 1917.
