Mayor of Paddington 1920-4 and of Kensington 1931-4; Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council 1937-46 and Conservative Party 1946 for Paddington South. Knighted in the 1937 Birthday Honours.[1]

His son, Sir Norris Vaughan Kenyon (1903–58) was also a member of the London County Council for South Paddington and Mayor of Paddington.
