Fulham Palace is a manor house, largely of Tudor date, in Fulham. Historically it was the residence of the Bishop of London. It is now managed by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and the Fulham Palace Trust.

The Manor of Fulham (which included Acton, Ealing, Finchley and Hammersmith) was bought by Waldhere, Bishop of London, from Tyrhtilus, the Bishop of Hereford in about CE 700.

The manor house became the country residence of the bishop, the area forming part of rural Middlesex until the nineteenth century. The last bishop to reside there, Robert Stopford vacated the house in 1973, and since 1975 it has been managed by the local authority.
