Frederick Rogers (27 April 1846 – 16 November 1915) was a pensions campaigner and lecturer.

Born in Whitechapel, he was involved in the University Extension movement and organising secretary of the National Committee for Obtaining Old Age Pensions for 10 years.

Following the 1910 London County Council election, Rogers was chosen to fill an aldermanic seat. A member of the Labour Representation Committee, he asked to be described as an Independent member. His membership of the council was to last than a year, as he resigned in March 1911.

Member of London Chamber of Commerce. Helped found Toynbee Hall.

He died at his home in New Cross aged 69.
