Frederic William Lucas (1842 - 1932) was a solicitor and educationist.

Born in Battersea, his family later moved to Upper Tooting. He entered the family solicitor's business with his father Joseph and brother Edgar.

Member of the London School Board, elected for Lambeth West in 1885 as one of the "Church" or "Voluntary" Party supporting denominational education. He did not seek re-election in 1888.
