A local politician in the Fulham area.[1][2]
He was Mayor of Fulham in 1952-53.[3]
Vice Chairman London County Council 1953 – 1954. He was later an alderman on the Greater London Council. He died suddenly while campaigning for election to the GLC.[4]
A park in Hammersmith was named after him in 1975.[2]
