Frank Gordon Dobson (15 March 1940 – 11 November 2019) was a British Labour Party politician.
Elected to Camden Borough Council in 1971, he succeeded Millie Miller as leader of the council in 1973. He resigned from the council in 1975.
He was elected as MP for Holborn and St Pancras South in 1979. In 1983, following boundary changes, he was elected MP for Holborn and St Pancras, and held the seat until retiring in general election in May 2015.
He was Secretary of State for Health from 1997-99. He was the Labour Party's candidate in the first election for Mayor of London in May 2000, but was defeated by the then independent candidate, Ken Livingstone.
