Francis St. George "Bobbie" Fisher (30 March 1911 - 8 May 1990).
Son of G F Fisher of Higham, Cockermouth, Cumberland.
Mayor of the Metropolitan Borough of Kensington 1956-58 and Mayor of the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea 1966-67.
