Francis Ernest Herman Bennett (5 November 1916-7 February 2005) was a barrister and Conservative Party politician.

He represented Hampstead on the London County Council from 1955-1965.

He was awarded the CBE in the 1963 Birthday Honours for "political and public services in London".[1]

Following the abolition of the London County Council he was an alderman on the successor Greater London Council from its creation until the abolition of aldermen in 1977.
