Francis William Buxton (5 August 1847 – 14 November 1911) was a barrister and Liberal Party politician.

The son of Sir Edward Buxton, 2nd Baronet and Catherine née Gurney. He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, and was called to the bar at Lincoln's Inn in 1874. he became a partner in the London banking firm of Prescott and Company. Between 1880 and 1885 he was MP for Andover. He was also a justice of the peace for the County of London and Hertfordshire, and a member of the London School Board representing the City of London from 1899 to 1904.
