Forbes St John Morrow (1860 - 23 March 1949) was an Irish-born barrister and politician.

Born in Dublin, he studied law at Trinity College Dublin, graduating LLD in 1892. He subsequently moved to Paddington and was called to the bar at the Inner Temple in 1894. Writings include 'Building cases: being a digest of reported decisions affecting architects, surveyors, builders, and building-owners.'

He became involved in politics, and was the Conservative Party candidate for the Yorkshire constituency of Dewsbury at the 1900 general election and for the Derbyshire constituency of Ilkeston in January 1910.

He sat as a Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council representing Lambeth, Norwood from 1907-22.

In 1925 became stipendiary magistrate for West Ham, holding the post until 1943.
