The East London Board of Guardians was the body administering the poor law in four parishes in The City of London from 1837-69.

The four parishes were St Botolph Aldersgate, St Botolph, Aldgate St Botolph, Bishopgate and St Giles, Cripplegate.

The board was abolished in 1869 when the East London Union was merged with the city of London Poor Law Union.
