Sir (Stephen) Cyril Cobb (6 October 1861 - died 8 March 1938) was a barrister and politician.
Vice Chairman 1910 - 1911, and Chairman 1913 – 1914 London County Council. Knighted 1918.
Called to the bar at the Middle Temple 1887. 1905 Cobb won a LCC by-election in Fulham for the Moderate Party (afterwards Municipal Reform Party) and held the seat until 1934 when Labour Party gained control. 1918-1929, 1931-8 MP for Fulham West.
