Clyde Tabor Wilson (21 September 1889 – 13 November 1971)[1] was a Conservative Party politician.
Born in Birkenhead in north west England, he moved to London to study law and was called to the bar at the Inner Temple in 1913.
From 1925-35 he sat as a Municipal Reform Party councillor representing Wandsworth Central on the London County Council.[2]
In 1929 he unsuccessfully stood for Parliament at Lambeth North. In 1931 he was elected Member of Parliament for Liverpool West Toxteth.
In 1934 he was appointed Recorder of Birkenhead, and in May 1935 he resigned from both his parliamentary and county council seats on being appointed a Metropolitan Police magistrate. He retired from the post in 1962.
