Charles Augustus Freak (1847-28 July 1910) was a boot-maker, trade unionist and local politician active in the Bethnal Green area.

The son of Charles Freak, he was born in Portsmouth, Hampshire. By 1866 he was living in Bethnal Green where he married Ann Hardwick and was recorded as a "boot riveter" at the 1871 census.

From 1892-1901 he was a Labour Progressive Party member of the London County Council representing Bethnal Green North East.

He was parliamentary representative of the National Union of Boot and Shoe Operatives in 1895.

He later moved to Leicester where he died aged 62 in 1910.
