Benjamin Todd (c.1857-12 January 1937) was a button manufacturer and local politician in Finchley, Middlesex.

The son of Benjamin Todd, he was educated at Highgate School.

He was a member of Finchley Urban District Council from its creation, and was the second chairman of the body, holding office from 1900-1905.

In 1910 he was elected to Middlesex County Council to represent Finchley South. He resigned his seat on the district council at that date. In 1921 he became a county alderman and in 1924 Chairman of Middlesex County Council.

In 1879 he married Gertrude, daughter of John Imray. His father-in-law also represented Finchley on the county council from 1889-95. He was also brother-in-law to Frederick Goodyear, another county councillor for Finchley, and his predecessor as chairman of Finchley UDC.

He was an active member of the Conservative Party and was Chairman of the Finchley Divisional Conservative Association from 1918-27.

He retired to Catsfield near Bexhill in Sussex, where he died aged 80. His funeral was at Finchley Parish Church and he was buried in the family grave at St Pancras Cemetery.
