Albert Walter Scott (1892-1980) was a solicitor and local politician.
Born in Brixton, he was the son of a solicitor.
A resident of West Dulwich, he had a legal practice at Staple Inn in High Holborn. He sat as a Municipal Reform Party and later Conservative Party member of the London County Council representing Holborn 1937-49, and Holborn and St Pancras 1949-52. He was Deputy Chairman of the county council for 1950-51.
