Alfred Edward Reneson Coucher (1893-23 May 1955) was a surveyor and local politician active in the Marylebone area.
In 1937 he became a member of St Marylebone Borough Council, and was Mayor of St Marylebone 1947-49.
In 1946 he was elected to the London County Council as a Conservative Party councillor representing St Marylebone. He was Deputy Chairman of the County Council from 1952-55.
During WWII he was an Air Raid Warden and made film records [1].
His granddaughter, Carolyn Keen, was a Lord Mayor of Westminster.
